New EFT Music CD Released
"During one of the breaks at the Boston EFT Masters
conference last September, I noticed that upbeat music was played--mostly
classic oldies. Everyone seemed to want the energy from that music as a
restorative and celebration of our coming together for concentrated learning,
and co-created inspiration. Suddenly, an 'I can do that!' inspiration popped into my heart: I
thought, 'why isn't there any music for EFT out yet? We need that!' I was on
fire with irrepressible excitement and I whispered in my new friend, Paul
Widdershoven's, ear--'oh boy! I have an idea!' He twisted my arm a little,
asking 'What is it?', and I replied, 'It's a musical idea. I'll tell you more
later.' And Paul replied in his inimitible leprecaunian way, "Write me a song
for my website" "OK!", I replied.
On my two flights back to Eugene, Oregon, I wrote fast
and furiously, as many ideas and phrases that popped into my head--and that was
the birth of the album. I wanted to catalyze cheerleading enthusiasm for EFT,
that reflected the aliveness and sense of joy and freedom that tapping evokes.
It is really nothing more than an album of jingles and a bubble of 'I love EFT!'
energy. My belief and hope is that this album will incite and inspire many
others, with far more musical and vocal talent than I, to get busy and start
making and publishing EFT music for our ever-expanding world of practitioners
and tappers. I am truly grateful for EFT and this sublime community of caring
and innovative tappers. Go, team!"
