Problems With The Kids During The Holiday Period Use EFT

Printer-Friendly Format

No matter how much you love and adore your kids, there will be moments when parenthood is tested to its limits. Coping with children when they are off school for weeks can be quite an endurance test for even the most laid back parent. The challenge of entertaining the kids whilst maintaining the usual chores at home and work can be quite a handful to juggle.

When the kids are at home, away from school and many of their school friends on holiday, parents face a hitherto unheard problem: Boredom. Children like the discipline and routine during school. Everything is organised and follows predictable routines. As much as all kids are looking forward to their holidays the enthusiasm often wears off after only a few days. Once the novelty of living into the day has lost its excitement the days become long and boring. School friends may be on vacation and there is no one to play with but the parents or siblings. I am sure, as a parent you know the scenario only too well.

Here you are forever looking for ways to keep the little darlings busy and out of mischief. The kid's holiday rarely is a holiday for parents. Your workload is easily doubled and you probably can't wait for school to begin again.

However, you can help yourself and your children out of this tough spot surprisingly easily.

You may have heard of energy therapy and how it can get results for all kinds of problems fast and easily. One of the best techniques to use is EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique. It's ease of use and flexibility makes it the perfect stress relief and problem solving tool for parents and their children. . .

When you first use this technique, it looks and feels a little strange, Kids love it, because of that. They have fewer inhibitions then us adults, In my practice I often get faster and better results with kids then with adults, They are so open and eager to try something new. As a parent you can use this fact to your advantage.

Now, what exactly is EFT?

EFT is simple, powerful and effective. When using EFT you focus the mind on a specific problem, whilst at the same time tapping with your fingertips on a number of meridian points to stimulate the body's energy system. Mind focus together with the action of physical tapping is a very fast way to change your vibrational energy almost instantaneously. As you feel your energy increasing, you also dissolve any resistance to changing your mind state. You now move effortlessly into problem solving mode.

You continue tapping and focusing on the issue you wish to resolve. By tuning into the vibrational frequency of your emotional state you can change it quickly, thus releasing the unwanted emotion and creating the space for positive thoughts and feelings to enter. As a result your emotional state can be changed in minutes.

Since EFT can be applied to any problem you could have a quality fun time with your kids learning to apply it and at the same time releasing any stress or feelings of boredom or tension in yourself and your kids. EFT can be used in a humorous and fun way, on literally anything.
