While my background is in art, business and teaching, I have always believed in and explored various means of physical and emotional healing. My formal education includes a BFA from the University of Denver, an MA from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and additional graduate credits from the University of Phoenix. Over the years I have used my teaching skills in a variety of ways with people of all ages and from all walks of life. As a licensed vocational instructor I taught at a private technical college and for several community colleges in the Denver area. I have also conducted stress reduction workshops for both adults and children using art and drawing as a means of relieving anxiety and depression, and for building confidence and self esteem. Today I am focusing my efforts on helping others learn EFT, a simple and effective kind of energy therapy that can literally change all our lives.

While I enthusiastically apply EFT to anything and everything, my specialties include mental blocks, test anxiety, divorce/relationship issues, and fears/phobias.
